Keen to learn to surf but want to have a go before you fork out money on all the gear? Or are you in Newcastle for a few days, didn’t bring a board and want to go for a surf?
A 7’6 and 8’0 O&E Surf School Sofboard are now available to hire with the same system as our Demo Fleet
How it Works:
Bring in a credit card and drivers licence for us to keep a record of and it’s $40/day. If at the end you’re frothing and want your own board, everything you spent goes into a store credit off new softboards or surfboards
About the Boards:
The O&E Surf School Soft Board range features template shapes designed by former WSL world #5 Phil 'Macca' Macdonald, specifically aimed for performance and durability, for beginner and intermediate level surfers.
Just like standard surfboards, learn-to-surf boards need to be designed to maximise the surfer's ability at any level. The boards have been computer shaped to create a high performance learn to surf board, which allows quicker progression in surfing ability in all age groups.
The 7’6” will be perfect for anyone under 90kg to learn to surf on and the 8’0” for 90kg+ (or if you’re smaller, but want to make it as easy as possible)
