Shipping
We aim to process and ship online orders on the next business day. However, while we endeavor to get your order out for delivery as quickly as possible, sometimes delays can occur. Where this happens, we will email you to update you on the progress of your order. Shipping is available Australia-wide but not overseas
We charge a flat shipping fee of $10 for purchases under $100, and FREE Australia-wide shipping on purchases of $100 and over. We also offer a FREE local delivery option on all orders being delivered within 15km of Slimes Newcastle
Please note:
- Free postage excludes Ghost Racks which have a flat shipping fee of $20 Australia-wide and Surfboards/Softboards - please see the below table for details
- P.O. boxes cannot be used as a delivery address, so please make sure you use an actual, physical address (e.g. a house or a business address).
- If you have any special delivery instructions – like “beware of the dog” or “please use the side door” – please contact us after placing your order, so we can ensure that the delivery company get your instructions. Surfboards & Softboards:
Boards are safely packed for transport by our experienced staff and are shipped directly from our Newcastle, NSW shopfront to minimise handling.
Fees for postage of surfboards and softboards are as follows:

Tracking your parcel
Once your order has been shipped you will be sent a confirmation email containing your tracking number and shipping information. We use TNT or Australia Post for all our deliveries

Click & Collect Service
Slimes Newcastle offers a Click & Collect service for customers who would prefer to collect their online purchases from our store – simply choose this option at the Checkout.
Most purchases will be ready to collect within 30 minutes of your order being placed/processed, however Slimes will send you an email/a text message when your item is ready for collection – please wait until you receive this email/text message before coming into the store to pick up your order.
Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your purchase – you must bring photo I.D. and/or your confirmation email with you when you come to collect your order. Please note that orders can only be collected during opening hours.
